HUMIDOR

This was a tricky job. The inside of the cabinet would be humid at all times, so we had to put a very durable finish on the interior walls before the Spanish Cedar could be installed. The client had purchased an old Quebec farmhouse table that was quite distressed. I matched the finish because of the proximity of the two pieces. The edges were worn with a rasp file and sanded out as if a thousand hands had worn the wood down over the ages.
